Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Yoso collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Yoso Relay, Yoso websites, applications, APIs, interfaces, and related services that link to this policy.
Public blockchain data remains public and may be indexed, copied, or analyzed by others outside Yoso. This policy covers how Yoso processes information in connection with Relay; it does not control third-party wallets, exchanges, RPC providers, AI providers, or blockchain networks.
Information we collect
We may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as login method, email, social account details, or authentication identifiers.
- Wallet information, such as public wallet addresses, connected wallets, embedded wallets, and wallet capability state.
- Relay information, such as draft instructions, saved relay documents, preview tickets, template state, execution settings, and user confirmations.
- Trading-related information, such as account readiness, balances, positions, orders, fills, fees, venue status, and execution audit events.
- Technical information, such as IP-derived request data, device and browser information, session data, logs, rate-limit events, errors, latency, and usage metadata.
- Support information, such as messages you send to us, screenshots, diagnostics, and other information needed to respond.
Relay drafts and AI processing
Relay may process your prompts, instructions, current relay document, selected template, account context, and related metadata to parse trading intent, produce draft blocks, generate summaries, validate previews, and explain product state.
Some Relay AI features may send relevant inputs, context, and generated outputs to AI model providers or infrastructure providers so they can return a response. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information in Relay prompts.
Relay may keep draft events for product operation and replay. Durable AI-run records are designed to favor hashes, structured outputs, usage metadata, error codes, latency, and other operational metadata instead of long-term raw prompt analytics where feasible.
Wallet and onchain data
Wallet addresses and blockchain activity are generally public. When you connect, import, create, or use a wallet with Relay, Yoso may associate that public wallet address and related product state with your Yoso account so Relay can show account context, prepare previews, enforce risk controls, and support execution workflows.
Yoso may read or cache public venue and blockchain data, including balances, positions, orders, fills, market data, and account-readiness signals. Some authoritative actions still require server-side checks before execution.
How we use information
Yoso uses information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and debug Relay.
- Authenticate users and manage wallet-connected sessions through providers such as Privy.
- Generate, validate, save, replay, and support relay drafts, previews, templates, and execution records.
- Apply eligibility checks, risk controls, rate limits, kill switches, stale-data checks, and abuse prevention.
- Monitor reliability, latency, errors, and product usage.
- Respond to support requests and investigate security, legal, compliance, or operational issues.
- Improve Relay features, models, parsers, documentation, and user experience.
How information may be shared
Yoso may share information with service providers that help operate Relay, including authentication, wallet, hosting, database, logging, analytics, AI model, infrastructure, security, and support providers.
Yoso may also share information when you direct us to interact with a third-party service, when needed to submit or verify exchange actions, when required by law or legal process, to enforce our terms, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or similar transaction.
Cookies, local storage, and device data
Relay may use cookies, local storage, session storage, wallet-provider state, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, wallet connection, app state, rate limiting, diagnostics, and product reliability.
Your browser or device may let you clear or block some storage. Doing so can break login, wallet connection, embedded wallet behavior, saved preferences, or Relay state.
Retention and deletion
Yoso keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Relay, maintain security and auditability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, debug issues, enforce terms, and preserve execution integrity.
Some records, such as execution audit events, confirmations, hashes, and security logs, may be retained even after account closure when needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or operational integrity. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by Yoso.
Security
Yoso uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect Relay and the information we process. No internet service, wallet workflow, blockchain network, AI system, database, or transmission method is fully secure.
You should secure your email, social login, passkeys, devices, wallets, browser profile, and recovery methods. Never share private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or one-time codes with Relay or support.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also be able to disconnect wallets, clear local browser storage, close your account, or stop using Relay.
To make a privacy request, contact hello@yoso.bet. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
Children and restricted users
Relay is not directed to children. You should not use Relay if you are under the age required to consent to these terms in your location or if you are otherwise prohibited from using the service.
If Yoso learns that information was collected from a user who is not eligible to use Relay, we may delete or restrict that information and suspend access where appropriate.
Changes and contact
Yoso may update this Privacy Policy as Relay, our providers, our data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@yoso.bet. Use of Relay is also governed by the Terms of Service.
