Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Yoso Relay, Yoso websites, applications, APIs, interfaces, and related services that link to these terms. By using Relay, signing in, connecting a wallet, creating a draft, saving a relay, or requesting a preview, you agree to these terms.
If you use Relay for an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or person. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Relay.
Relay and execution objects
Relay helps turn trading intent into inspectable drafts, preview tickets, saved relays, and bounded execution objects. A relay is not an exchange account, brokerage account, custody account, or managed investment product.
Relay can help prepare or manage actions for third-party venues such as Hyperliquid, but third-party venues, wallets, networks, RPC providers, and infrastructure remain outside Yoso control. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.
Eligibility and restricted use
You may use Relay only if you are legally allowed to do so in the place where you are located, resident, organized, or accessing the service. You are responsible for complying with laws, sanctions rules, exchange rules, tax obligations, and any restrictions that apply to your trading activity.
You may not use Relay if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, or accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction, or if Yoso or a third-party venue blocks access under applicable policy or law. You may not bypass geographic, eligibility, wallet, compliance, risk, or safety controls.
Accounts, wallets, and security
You are responsible for your account credentials, wallet credentials, connected accounts, browser sessions, devices, signatures, passkeys, recovery methods, and any activity that occurs through them. Yoso will not ask for your private key or seed phrase, and you should not submit them to Relay.
Wallet actions, signatures, approvals, exchange actions, and account settings can have irreversible effects. You are responsible for reviewing every wallet prompt, transaction, signature request, preview, and relay confirmation before approving it.
AI assistance and user review
Relay may use AI systems to parse your instructions, summarize intent, propose relay blocks, explain risks, or produce draft execution objects. AI outputs can be incomplete, stale, incorrect, ambiguous, or unsuitable for your account.
You are responsible for reviewing the final preview and saved relay. Do not rely on Relay, Yuna, or any AI-generated output as the sole basis for a trade, risk decision, legal decision, tax decision, compliance decision, or financial decision.
Trading and execution risk
Trading crypto assets, perpetual contracts, derivatives, and other market instruments involves substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your funds. Leverage, liquidation, slippage, funding, latency, oracle behavior, network congestion, market volatility, and venue outages can materially change outcomes.
Yoso does not guarantee fills, prices, execution timing, liquidity, uptime, profitability, loss avoidance, or continued availability of any exchange, market, asset, route, feature, relay, or AI model.
No financial advice
Yoso is not your broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, accountant, or lawyer. Relay is a software interface for drafting and managing user-directed execution logic.
Content in Relay is provided for product operation and informational use. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether any relay, trade, account setting, or strategy is appropriate for you.
Fees and third-party services
Your use of Relay may involve exchange fees, builder fees, network costs, wallet-provider charges, subscription charges, or other third-party costs. Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, delay actions, or impose additional requirements.
If Relay presents a preview, quote, fee estimate, balance, margin figure, or market value, it may be delayed, estimated, rounded, stale, or changed before execution. You should verify important values directly with the relevant venue or wallet before acting.
Your instructions and relay data
You retain responsibility for the instructions, prompts, drafts, relay names, strategy details, wallet addresses, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed for Yoso and its service providers to process that content to operate Relay.
Yoso may store and process relay drafts, saved relay documents, preview records, execution records, audit events, hashes, usage metadata, and error information to operate, secure, debug, improve, and support Relay. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes, suspension, and termination
Relay is an evolving product. Yoso may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features, models, markets, integrations, risk controls, eligibility checks, rate limits, or availability at any time.
Yoso may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of Relay creates legal, security, operational, compliance, market-integrity, user-safety, or product-integrity risk, or if continued access would violate these terms or a third-party requirement.
Disclaimers and liability
Relay is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoso disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, and error-free execution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoso will not be liable for lost profits, trading losses, liquidation, missed opportunities, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or losses caused by third-party services, wallets, exchanges, networks, AI outputs, or your instructions.
Updates and contact
Yoso may update these terms as Relay changes or as legal, security, operational, or compliance needs evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
