Security Contact

How to report security concerns and what not to share with support.

1 min read

Use this page for security concerns, suspected account issues, or product behavior that may expose user funds, data, or execution authority.

What to send

Send a clear description of what happened, the page or flow where it happened, the time, browser or device type, and any non-sensitive screenshots that help explain the issue.

If a wallet, transaction, or public address is relevant, include only public addresses or public transaction links.

What not to send

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, one-time codes, session tokens, full authentication emails, or private screenshots that expose sensitive account data.

Yoso support will not ask for a seed phrase or private key.

Urgent wallet concern

If you believe a wallet is compromised, treat it as a wallet security incident first. Move assets using trusted wallet tooling, revoke risky approvals where appropriate, and avoid approving new prompts until the issue is understood.
